any suggestions of a good link or vidio for trigger group removal & installation
ive looked at a few not mutch help

The best way I've found is to:

1. Separate Upper and Lower halves
2. Use a magwell vice block to secure the lower in a vice
3. Use a drift starter or some other type of punch to act as a slave, pushing out the trigger pins while it holds the assembly in place

4. Slowly remove the drift while you control the pieces to take them out.

5. It's pretty simple really, and I've found that using the "slaves" minimizes the chance of damage to a customer's gun.

Knock out the two pins, while downward pressure is put on the hammer, then pull the FCG out...
