OK-stupid question;I want to remove the comp and not replace it with a threaded flash hider.Anyone done this?Results as to accuracy-loudness?

no problem ,it is held on by a pin ,drive the pin out and it will be just as accurate with out it but a lot quieter,I ran mine that way for a year or so than sent it to Adco to be threaded.
