Just completed my first AR. I have since spaced the BUIS and optic out to the far ends of the rail.

Spike's Tactical complete lower
LMT 16" upper from Bravo Co. (CMT BCG)
LaRue BUIS and cantilever mount
Aimpoint CompML3 2MOA (taken from my AK)

Is that Brownells' new modular gas block on the rear rifle.

YEP! Replaced it with a different gas block because one of the holes on the gas block that holds the "MODULAR" rails stripped out the second time I installed that rail.

And since this is a picture thread! This is what that AR looks like now.

You're actually one of the few people to call that - thanks. That rifle has had a ton of rounds fired through it - it's my main carbine class gun (hence it being beat to hell), and it was starting to shoot all over the place, I rebarreled it and figured what the hell, I like the way that one was setup in the movie, so went with a close approximation of it.
