I think that you will find that for the most part a lower is a lower is a lower. From the list you provided all are GTG. As someone else pointed out the CMMG and DPMS do infact have a teflon coating and thus appear different to the standard Anodized finish. My advice is get the one you like the looks of the best. I have Noveske, CMMG, RRA and Mega lowers and all are fantastic. My Mega is quite a tight spec in the mag well area but as I am not SBR'ing it that isn't a great concern. If you plan on doing any NFA stuff like SBR etc, ensure that whatever lower you choose is in spec and can handle your mags, PMAG's etc. You don't want to wait the time and be out the cash on a NFA stamp and engraving just to find out your lowers out of spec. EDIT: Just saw you are in the gun friendly state of NJ. I guess the whole SBR thing is out of the question anyway. |
I was 100% serious. Sun Devil makes a kickass lower/upper. It just wasn't on the list.
