Will the Bushnell Trophy MP Sight be at the right height to co-witness? Or, am I going to be staring at the middle of the front sight base?

Yes. Mine has the dot right on top of the sight post, the way I like it, some guys buy the YHM riser to put it in the lower third, your preference.
