Ok..  Forgive me for I am new to the  AR scene..  However, today I locked and loaded my AR Bushamster Patrol Carbine to walk around on my farm for a little while.  When it was time to pack up, I had not fired my weapon, but when I ejected the round from the chamber I noticed a light primer strike.  Is this something I should worry about and if so, how do I fix it? hinking.gif

Nothing to worry about. Every AR15/M16 ever built does this, It's the free floating firing pin.

All 5.56/.223 ammunition is built with primers thick enough to "ignore" that light tap as the bolt slams shut.

Like the poster above said, nothing to worry about. This is normal.
