I've been bitten by the semi-custom AR bug lately, and have sold / traded a bit of my collection to finance some customish guns, this is the 3rd and final installment of late:

I say it's an AR assembly project because I bought the upper with a bolt  used from Mike at CS gun works, great guy to deal with.  It's a white oak 18 inch 1/7 barrel, with troy free float, and PRI flip site.  Originally sported an Ops Inc. suppressor collar and brake, but since a suppressor isn't in the cards for me I sold that off and replaced with standard A2 mh.  Also came with the Arms low profile rear sight.  I added a BCM bolt carrier to round out the upper.
The lower is a DPMS I put together, with RR two stage, cavalry arms grip, Magpul CTR stock and milspec buffer tube.  The light is a 6P led model picked up on a whim at Lowes, mounted with a pair of cheap weaver rings.
Scope base is the Larue, scope itself is a Burris Fullfield II.  Initial range test prior to getting it to this configuration indicates that this is going to be an accurate gun.
Still needs a sling setup of some sort, better light mount, and a good forward grip.
Any reccomendations for slings that work well with CTR's?
Another picture:

The gun I finished just before this one:

It lost it's scope to the new build and has grown a set of irons along with 2-7 smaller scope.
And the first gun, I picked up in trade from a boardmember sans the Eotech that started me down this path recently:

Eotech has since been repositioned to upper reciever and the LMT sight swapped out.

What power Burris is that? It looks a little bigger than  my 3x9 Fullfield II. I'm sold on mine, have the Lighted Reticle Scope and had Burris install the target turrets.

It's a 4.5-14 AO, but sadly no lighted reticle and standard turrets.  Still a good deal though as it came with an ok chinese Burris spotting scope too and I think it was only ~300 or a little more.  I might save for better glass, but can get a whole rifle for the  cost of a really good scope, so it's low priority right now.
