Ok I built 2 new AR's took them to the range today for the 2nd time and ammo kept getting Jammed in barrel at the breach and wouldnt allow charging handle to be pulled back. When I finally got it to pull back the bullet would stick in the chamber and pull from the casing. Any ideas???  Im stuck

Sounds like your bullets are engaging the rifling. Are these handloads?

Seen this on an M1A at an RBC last year.  About 10% of the founds in the can (same vendor) were too long (bullets not seated to correct OAL).  When the op rod was pulled back some would leave the bullet in the barrel and dump powder into the action and magazine.  Easy to fix by setting up your reloading set up (if you have one) and seating the bullet to correct OAL.
