Rainier Arms shows the handle included with the upper receiver. I'd call John and check if he sells the handle separately.

Yeah, you're right. I can't find it on their site but it popped up when I googled it.

Check out Ballistic Sounds Tactical Supply at Ballisticsounds.com. I just got an upper from them and it only took a couple days. They have complete uppers for $125.
