I bought a complete upper receiver from them.  Shipping was fast. The order process was fast and painless.

I had some questions about the forging.  It looked to be a little rough.  I e-mailed Fulton.  My answer came back within the hour.  Fulton said this was normal for a forging.  They offered a exchange at my discretion.  That response scored several brownie points from me.

The guys at the retro forum confirmed that forgings could be a little rough at times and this was the norm.  At the time, this was the only slickside upper I had ever seen up close.  I've seen a couple others since then.  They are comparable to this one.

I kept the upper and built a fine K.I.S.S. carbine.  The channel for the charging handle was pretty tight.  It runs fine with no hiccups or issues.  After a few hundred rounds things loosened up.

I'd buy from them again without hesitation.

I have a Fulton Armory complete 24" flat-top upper. It's very accurate and reliable.

I've had a 20" Liberator with a Jewell trigger for over five years and love the set up. My only complaint is that the C-More Quad rail is rather heavy. It is definitely a less than MOA gun! And I'm not a very good shot! (grin) I'm thinking about getting a 16" liberator upper for a walking around the farm gun. I think they use a different FF now.

I will probably be buying one of their 16" barrels soon.

I purchased a lower from them- other than the roll stamp of their logo being just a TAD light, it was awesome, and has functioned flawlessly.
