Me, I don't like the big ass JP tank brake, I have quite a few brakes for different rifles, but for my AR15, I went with OPS Inc. brake for their cans. It may not work as well as the Primary Weapons brake, but I like its looks better and it's not as loud. Flash suppressor, I hear Blackout works even better than the Vortex... |

I don't think the Phantom acts as a comp all that much. It does suppress the flash very well. It is supposed to be like 95% or so. That being said here is a video of the vortex |

i read what i think was a magazine article where a guy had a rig that he was testing recoil reduction with compensators. there were a couple rigs that were basically a kart that held an ar with a remote trigger mechanism and he'd measure how far back the kart would move once fired. anyone have a link to this? |
