I just bought the four prong Phantom Flash Hider (Click Here for Pic) I was wonder what the correct orientation of the gas vents are, and if it even matters. I was thinking of orientating the flash hider so no vents would be facing straight down towards the ground. If any one of you guys have this flash suppressor on your rig, please let me know how it is orientated and why.

It is made so that the area without the slots is facing the ground so that you don't kick up dirt when firing close to the ground
