Anyone ever pin or somehow glue and render a telescopic stock to fix position, I need to do this so I do not have to replace it with an A2.

why would you even want to do that? its easy enough to just adjust the stock to the position you desire and still have the option to adjust to another position later.

Oh yes, forgot I am in NY, and picked up a RRA lower with the adjustable stock, and with the pistol grip as well it is not legal, don't ask me how they sell all these things at the shows, along with brand new hi caps mags heh.

Well I think it is supposed to be fixed for good. I had "cold weld" in the garage that I got from Auto Zone for something else. I got a 6 position stock fixed it to about A2 legnth then put the Cold Weld in the slot where I wanted it. Can't tell at all that its fixed (I've seen some people who use screws). You pretty much have to "destroy" the stock to colapse it.

I live in a ban state
You can drill a hole to accept a roll pin but be sure that the hole does not it does not go all the way through the stock. Once you install the roll pin it cannot be removed easily. Not sure if there is an ATF mandate / format for this. I believe that most buffer tubes on " collapsible post ban" configurations have no adjustment holes in the buffer tube assembly and "blind" pin the stock in place.
