[ARCHIVED THREAD] - HG cap

I am about to buy a as-new take-off HG cap from a LMT 10.5 inch upper with NO M203 cutouts from the EE. Will this cap work on an A1 rifle length barrel. I am pretty sure it will but just wanna make sure.

Carbine handguard caps are NOT the same as rifle handguard caps (I found that out the hard way).

If you're going to use rifle handguards, get a rifle cap.

Well crap....I already sent out the MO. I guess unless someone says otherwise I will have one for sale in a couple of weeks.

I could probably post a pic tonight. I have a couple of sets of rifle handguards and I should have a Bushmaster carbine end cap.
