[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Red dot issues

So I was messing around with my new AR stuff. I have a Wilson Combat flip up rear sight and a Hakko Red dot that I had laying around. If I push the red dot completely forward on the rail and the flip up all the way back almost off the end they fit. Shitty thing is I can not change to red dot back to dot I have to stay on crosshairs because the switch hits the Wilson. I thought I had it made, especially since I could co-witness with the pair. Only solution would be railed handguards I was not wanting to go that route.

Woah, must be a huge red dot.. I think the EoTech 512 and any BUIS all fit on the standard A3 upper no problem.

It is a CMMG flat top. Not of value to the sights but it has an 18" barrel and mid length gas system. The Hakko is a tad long but nice. Had it on my M1A but it was too high for that.
