[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Quick Mil-Spec Buffer Tube ?

My wife's AR has a Commercial M4 Stock & Buffer Tube. I want to switch it to a Mil-Spec CAR stock setup.

Do I just need to switch the tube & stock? IIRC everything else is compatible, and I just want to double check.

Mil-spec tube for a mil-spec stock.

Nothing else is different.
