[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt Sorter question

I just inherited a Colt Sporter Target Model. It does not have the bayonet lug, but does have a closed bottom flashhider. The serial number is : ST01049*

The rifle was only fired a few times and did not come with a box or any paperwork. I'm just wondering what this would be worth if I decided to sell or trade. I would rather have a M4 type of AR. Thanks for the help.

Watch the EE for rifles like yours and you will see waht they sell for. Gunbroker.com always has over priced rifles that never sell... once in a while a good deal can be had... watch there too for a fair market indicator of the rifle's value.
