is there anything for touching up small nicks where the  bright aluminum shows through?

Aluminum black is the go-to solution for roll pin whoopsies for me.

Just don't spill the entire bottle on your good pants like I did!

I use Birchwood Casey Super Black Instant Touch-Up Pen for small nicks and it works great.

+1 on that. The sharpie tends to make it look a little purple. Okay for something really small, but the BC pen rocks.

Very true. I just cant let one go unless it's really bad. By that time, I don't care. Guess I could always pre-nick the bastard and have the joy of doing it myself. I mean shit, they sell jeans for more money that way right? Maybe I'm onto somethin....
