Is there a parts kit for an AR that shoots 7.62x39? Do I need a separate lower or will the .223 lower work?

I have read some good and some bad things about model1sales on this and other sites. But for me they have been great!!! I purchased a bull barrel kit from them and it has never had a single problem. I shoot the hell out of it and after around 7000 rounds it still shoots around 0.50 inch groups at 100 yards. But I am anal about cleaning it as soon as I get home from the range.

It is really dirty in this picture (we just finished shooting 600 rounds through my two ar's)

So do I just need the upper assembly and different mags to convert?

yep! just the upper assy, bolt assy and some 7.62x39 ar magazines and you should be good to go. I have only found one link for magazines so far but they are awesome mags in my opinion (but I have only used their 5.56 mags).
