I'm looking at getting a long range upper and need advice on a barrel. Heavy works and accuracy is my first priority

In a heavy barrel I like a 16 inch, or an 18 in medium weight. Too heavy to me is just bulk and unfriendly handling. A fast twist (1 in 7 or 8 ) and a 77 grain bullet is the long range ticket. As stated RRA is good unless you want to spend some big bucks.
