My RRA uppers have no problems fitting on Bushmaster, Sabre and Superior lowers.  Of the lowers that I have, the Sabres seem to be of the best quality.

I'd say wait it out for the RRA lower.

Get an Anvil Arms lower (they may still have stripped lowers on sale for $100).  Fit and finish is excellent and they will laser etch any graphic on it that you want for free.

Any well made upper should fit a well made lower. Sell the extra parts if you don't need them. I can always use a few spare parts. Let me know if you don't need the lower parts.

Anvil Arms upper and lower receivers are hard coat anodized to the Mil-Spec and then flat black Teflon coated to give a very smooth, dark, black finish that is even and consistent. This extra step is not mandatory but it makes for a much richer looking finish and is of course an extra expense to us.

Right off the top of my head I know these uppers and lowers are a perfect match for:
Bushmaster
DPMS
CMMG
Dell-Tron
I know there are a few others but I can not think of them at this moment.

Rock River does not Teflon coat their receivers so they will not be a real close match to the Anvil receivers or any of those on the list above. If an exact color and finish match in important to you and your using a Rock River upper or lower you would be well advised to use Rock River for the other 1/2 as well. Otherwise you will be relatively close in that they are all black but the texture or the finish is different and the non-Teflon coated parts are never as consistent in color or texture as those with the Teflon coating are.

I hope this is helpful.

$ 100 is a good price for a lower for that Anvil Arms, depending on shipping cost

RRA has nice lowers, but nothing I would wait around for. A bunch of guys have Megas in stock, which are very nice, but a lower is a lower (mostly) and $ 100 is a good price.

I have a grey lower and a jet black upper on my main carbine, you can't tell when you are shooting it

This is a great lower for the price. I have one on my LMT upper and wouldn't change a thing.

Actually yes they do. They have complete factory built lowers or 9mm marked stripped lowers. The stripped 9mm lowers are exactly the same as the 5.56 lowers except they are marked 9mm. Get one of those to complete your build now and later, when the 5.56mm lowers are available again, get one of those for your current build and use this lower for the 9mm build that you will eventually want anyway hoice
BTW - Unless you get Telfon coated upper and lower receivers, color match and fit is a crap shoot at best even when both receiver come from the same company. Good luck
