I have a bushy with stock carbine handguards. My question is can I Pull them off and sla on some m4 fat handguards without changing anything or are they different sizes?

Yes, you can. It's sometimes difficult to remove the handguard w/o one of those special tools, but I wouldn't waste the money buying one.

I was gonna borrow a tool, but I just put the buttstock onto the floor and pulled down as hard as I could on the D-ring and got them to pop right out...
