Can anyone tell me if are still any CZ.22 LR uppers available? A friend of mine shoots competition and would like to practice with a >22 upper at indoor ranges in the winter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |
| I personally don't know of anyone who is currently stocking the CZ upper. CCS of 3800 Fairfax Dr. #1704 Arlington, Va 22203 was trying to work out a deal to import some more CZ V-22 uppers. To my knowledge Dan hasn't gotten any imported yet. You can find more information in the pistol and rimfire section here on AR15.COM. You can occasionally find V-22 on the EE or gungroker. Since the release of the BDM high capacity mags I think the owners of CZ's are going to be less apt to part with theirs. I also read where BDM mags made for the M-261 military 22lr conversion will work with the Bushmaster dedicated upper. Model 1 sales, Spikes Tatical, RCS, Olympic Arms, CLE, Accuracy speaks and KKF are the only places I know that are currently making dedicated 22lr uppers. Most of these uppers are around $500 and up. You can occassionally find 22lr DPMS uppers and they made a CMP style dedicated 22lr upper but they are currently out of production. Hope this helps. |
