Its going to start with a Noveske 14.5 inch Afghan with a Phantom 5c2. I want a very light weight rail thats only long enough to cover the gas block. Please tell me what parts you like and why, be specific. What upper reciever, what BCG, what......????????? Thanks, Jim |
| Why not just buy a complete Afghan upper from Noveske. It will come complete with BCG and charging handle, and is test fired. You have two choices for rails, I like the Vltor VIS. Either rail will be just long enough to shroud the gas block. If you want BUIS they can install Troy's sights for an additional fee. Noveske will also permanently attach your supplied muzzle device if you don't like the Vortex. |

You could also look at the Noveske N4 upper with VIS. I just got one recently, and it is very lightweight, balances well and comes with a properly staked carrier key and MPI'd bolt. It is ready to go. ETA: This would be similar to the Afghan, already has the Troy BUIS, and you get the N4 barrel which is an awesome barrel, IMO. |
