Im looking for some more support from my stock. Stock saddles, like this one are $20

http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/Stock-Storage-Saddle-p/caa%20saddle.htm

Does anyone have experience with these?
Are they a tight fit?
Will it rattle?

Can i go with this product or am i better off buying a stock with built in support?

Im looking for support 1st, the storage is a small plus. Gun is for plinking/HD so its durability isnt too much of an issue.

They are pretty tight and don't rattle.

Is a Vltor or SOPOD better?  Yes.  However, for 20 bucks, you can't beat this with a stick.  I've had one for about 2 years and it's held up great.  I still pinches my beard like my Vltor did, but not nearly as badly.

For what you describe this product will be just fine.

I have been wanting a SOPMOD for a long time, but since I have got the saddle the want has not been there as much.

Definetly worth the 20.00

Ditto.  If you already have a normal telestock and don't want to pony up for a CTR, Vltor, etc., this is a great product.

Stock saddle works great. Definetly worth the $20.

Good little piece of plastic for the money.

Found what might be the same for even less money. Used same pic that CAA was using for their product.

Anyone have pics of this on their rifle?

I like mine also. It fits very securely and has never come loose. Good product IMO.

The instructions say you can't get a butt pad on with the stock saddle but with a bit of effort and a bit of trimming you can get it to fit.

I've got the CAA stock saddle on my AR with a buttpad.   No trimming needed for mine, slipped right on (Advanced Technologies).   The stock saddle is sturdy and provides a good check weld.   The battery compartments are pretty much worthless unless you wire the caps.   After a couple of shots, the batteries knock the caps off as the caps just slip in with rubber gaskets, no threads.   Not a biggie for me, I didn't buy mine for the storage.

This product is definately a nice and inexpensive alternative to a SOPMOD.   (But not nearly as durable).

There is also a rubberized version of the CAA Stock Saddle out now as well.
