I am almost finished with my RRA pred. pursuit but I have one more question. I want to mount the scope on the flattop rail using just scope rings and I was told the warne qd ultra high will work but they are 80.00$ is there another option in the quick release rings that will be a little cheaper? Thanks...

Rings aren't something you want to skimp on if accuracy is important to you.

Weaver makes rings that are OK, but YMMV.

eta, sorry i don't have anything else for you. i bought a set of 'cheap' rings at first and my aimpoint actually fell off

now, if larue makes a mount for it, i'm there.

I run only rings, but they are A.R.M.S. #22 high rings. ($100.00)

my buddy runs only rings on his RRA 20in and has 3/4-1 MOA depending on ammo. I think if he bought something like a Larue SPR scope mount he would get 1/2 MOA all the time, but they are $200 so i see the dilema
