I have a dilemma. I want to build an AR. I just can't decide which to go with. Right now I own a plain jane BM 20"A2 and an ABC Brand M4forgery (I built the M4). All of them KISS. I just can't decide.

I'm thinking on either a:
-Marine A4 clone
-Retro CAR
-Dissipator

Really leaning towards the A4. I seem to shoot my 20"(I like the Rifles) more than the carbine. But I really like the Dissipator looks and the full length sights. But I have always been a fan of the CAR-15 of the VN era. Before anyone says it, no I really can't get them all. Atleast right now I can't.

Thanks
H.

Much as I love the handyness of the light XM177E2 clones, an A4 clone will prove more serviceable for all around shooting.

This is based entirely on your omission of a possible "A1" build, of course.

I like Vietnam Era Carbine but if your leaning towards the 20" go for it.
