I know PWA - Pac-West Arms is out of business. I believe that LMT bought them out or at least their assets. From what I've read, they made some pretty good pre-ban lowers. Others have said they they never made their own uppers. Does anyone have an idea on who actually made their uppers? I'm looking at buying an A2 upper for a good price that was attributed to them.
