I know there's a big 63 page thread on this subject. It's a bit confusing, so I have a simple question. Can someone tell me the EXACT configuration of this rifle? ie, handgaurd, barrel length/twist, stock, sights, optics/mount, anything other info.

The jist of those 63 pages is more or less

10.3 colt or 10.5 lmt barrel

knights ras, lmt rear, aimpoint, with your choice of stock.

A RIS is used, not a RAS.

Bradd_D pretty much hit it right on the money. i carry the Mk18, very nice set up, just wish our GM's took a little better care of them in the past. oh well..... they still put lead down range

I don't remember seeing not a single one, CQD Front sling mount on any of the MK18 MOD0 pages here, plus I have a Original MK18 MOD0 paper manual and I don't see is the CQD rear sling mount listed in the manual.

Will I guess he dicided to add it to his MK18. The color cover photo of the MK18 MOD0 manual doesn't show it as part of the equitment listed.

OK, You are right. Well in the Operator's Manual for Carbine, 5.56MM MK18 MOD0 NSN 1005-01-527-2288, SW370-A3-OPI-010 doen't show it and it show the WILCOX P/N 13600G01 CAGE 004F1 ECOS-N Mount. On Figure 4-6 ECOS-N page number 4-14.

Yep. The Wilcox replaced the PRI I believe.
