[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt sight height

On my 20" colt upper with a 1/9 twist has something strange on the front sight. My RRA A4 Elite has a small F on the front sight so I figured that at very least my colt had an F front sight. When I looked on my Colt there is an S followed by a circle with what looks like a R in the circle and then followed by a 5. Question: do I have a correct height front sight.

Do you have a fixed or removable carry handle?

Removable carry handle. The upper is a flat top. The upper was bought by it self as an upper only if that makes any difference. Thanks for the help.

Look on the other side and tell us what you see.

The only thing on the other side is a little tiny hole, no marks of any kind. Weird
