Externally adjustable.

The JP Enterprises block is externally adjustable, it uses a small size set screw and you use the appropriate Allen wrench to tune it.  PRI now offers a similar block.  These can be had for 0.75 and 0.936 gas block journals.  Your other option is the MGI adjustable gas TUBE which uses a small valve in the tube again adjusted via Allen wrench.

You did'nt say what size you need. I assume it's for a 15 and not a 10. I don't like the larger JP. I would look into the PRI if it's going on a 15. I know a guy who is making some .875 low profile adjustable gas blocks. I've seen a few pics of them and I hope to get my grubby hands on one soon.

If you are wanting one for an AR-10 there should be a at least two makers of them coming out with one soon...

Is their anyone who builds one that has "ON" and "OFF" settings.

I would like to set a rifle up with a suppressor and the ability to turn the gas off would be nice.

PRI also makes a low pro adjustable gas block.
