I am just getting into AR type weapons. I am having some trouble disassembling the fire control/safety lever. How is it locked in place? I was able to get all the other components off but not that so there is something I am missing. |
You have to remove the grip to remove the safety. There is a spring and detent that are held in by the pistol grip that holds the safety selector in. Try not to lose the spring and detent, as they are small and you kinda need them. |
