Hey all, forgive me if this isn't in the right section, move it wherever it should be. I just picked up my first AR 2 days ago from a personal friend. Its a RRA Elite CAR A4, he owned it for 3-4 months, approx 150 Remington rounds through it. My question is concerning the hand guard. What options do I have? I measured the stock guard, its 8"....everywhere I look they only have 7, 9, 10, 11, 12. I like the LaRue guard combo's they have, that includes rail covers and a foregrip, but what length do I get? 7" or 9"? LaRue HandGuards Am I going to need a different front site with a 9" handguard?
