I was looking through the compass lake engineering website. I noticed that they have uppers and they are labeled as either 1/2 or 1/4 MOA. I can accept 1/2 MOA but to say their rifle is capable of 1/4 MOA is quite a claim. Even custom bolt action rifle makers will not guarantee a 1/4 moa, with the exception of tac ops. May of these rifles are capable of 1/4 MOA. I am curious if anyone has one of these and if it really shoots that well. For a rifle to consistently shoot a 1/4 MOA everything has to be perfect.

The rifles and uppers are at the bottom of the page.

Im betting that these numbers refers to the rear sight adjustment increments. Further up on the same page the same numbers are used to describe different rear sights.
