Fellow ARFCOMMERS,

Just Recently I purchased a new EoTech 552 Rev F. W/ Larue Mount.

I was having a Canting problem (Canting to the Left) on my CMT/Stag Upper with both the Larue mount and without the mount. Some things I noticed....

On my Bushmaster Upper with and Without the Larue mount it sits perfect.

Same with the LMT as well (Again, trying it with and without the mount), it's excellent.

But when I tried it with the CMT/Stag upper, the Larue mount needed to be tightened down quite abit because the entire unit wobbled on the rail, whereas when mounted on the Bushmaster and LMT upper, the tension of the mount was roughly the same.

The M5 RAS that I have on the upper is canted to the right (whats weird is the front sight looks center with the M5 RAS, but it could be an illusion).

So, what it the Problem? Bad or out of spec CMT upper? Canted FSB? Maybe Both?

It's Basically a new build. CMMG Barrel that I had them slap on the CMT upper.

Hopefully you guys can help me figure out this problem... I really wanted that EoTech on my 20'' Build.

Regards,
Nathan

Well, if the EO mounts up level on two separate uppers but not level on another, then it sounds like the third upper is out of spec.

That would make sense to me. Especially since the Larue mount is extremely loose when I try to attach to the CMT upper. What should I do about this problem or am I stuck with it?
