[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help identifying a barrel

I Have an unknown(to me) upper and need help identifying the manufacturer. It is an 16" M-4 style with MOS 1-7 HC-MP on top of the barrel forward of the fsb.

My guess is: Model One Sales Twist Rate: 1/7 and the HC stands for Hard Chrome.

This is what I thought originally, but I've been told they mark their barrels "M1S"etc,etc

I've got two Model 1 Sales uppers and they are marked "M1S." I'm just guessing, that it is either a older stamp before they switched to M1S, or its someone else. I wish I was more help, but no one seems to want to help out.

You have a "Military Ops Series" barrel. They became BCM.
