[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt Grey

I am going to replace the original colt front site base with a generic black one. I want to shave the black replacement FSB down.

Question is, where can a get paint or a finish that nearly resembles colt grey?

I know this has prbly been asked a ga-zillion times but I have yet to see that post.

Norrells Colt gray is pretty close. A little more "flat" than the original but very good in color.

Also Check out the Duracoat Colt gray. But to get a perfect match. You will probley have to do the whole Gun. On the bright side. Not that hard with Duracoat. Check out there web site. Very easy to appley. Or the refinshing foarm.
