First I tried the search function because a while ago I know I saw my exact problem discribed I tried to find it again but could not.. so here goes.. Range day today went out and ran 5 30 rd mags... One was an OLD beat up OK.. the other four were 2 new COLT and 2 new Anvil Arms.. the old beat up ( Read Loose) mag ran like a champ..Itr took all 29 rounds no problem  one Colt had two FTF's and the Anvil Arms would not function.. I would get a round that the bullet was forced back into the cartridge and hung up in the chamber. both the colt and Anvil arms mags have non tilt followers.. ( anvil arms has mag-pul) orange marked 5.56.. I will take them apart and lube and clean maybe sooth the edges off a bit but having the bullet forced back into the cartridge puzzles me any suggestions?? Thanks.. Also if there is a thread ,can someone just point me in the right ditection?? |
