Hello im not a techiical guro like some of you good people.  Im thinking of removing my wiggly 6 position stock and adding a Vltor, is there a way to just take the stock off and not mess with the buffer tube and the reverse to put on the new Vltor?

Thanks in advance

The funny thing is I used this weapons platform dily for the last 18years.  I can shoot the hell of it and fix a malfunction, but when it comes to technical issues im a 1st LT again.

doesnt the Vltor have to have a milspec tube?  Beter make sure of which type of receiver extension tube you have, commercial or milspec
