Anyone have any experiances with the beta C 100 round drum mag shown on the RRA web site? Thanks from a new memberhere |
welcome ![]() There are cheaper prices for beta, I got lucky and found one on the EE for under 200, but new betas can be had for well under 250 if you shop around. click here to check it out |
Wait on the beta and buy some 20 round straight mags from 44MAG also if you want to waste ammo, don't buy an AR. 30c round adds up quick. |

I think every AR person should have at LEAST two Beta C Mags, that's one of the first things the Dems will go after in 09, expecially if Hiliary is in there. You can also keep them fully loaded and stored with no ill effects. They have learned not to go after the guns, they will starts with the mags and components, if it doesn't have food it's just a poor club. |
Trust me, that mistake wont happen twice. Any future AWB proposals will/do include EVERY type of EBR-type gun you can think of. |
I don't use mine much. I can't see it being used on a semi-auto, it's heavy and makes the rifle ungainly. I use mine for full auto and even then, I don't do to many full mag dumps, (unless I am shooting through your upper ). They are mostly a novelty. Unless you like huge full auto mag dumps, stick with 30's. There is a reliable british 40rd straight mag out there as well.
