    I have an old rifle that needs some refinish work.  Is soda blasting the best/safest way to get the old finish off?  What is the best way to protect the pin holes??? I was thining of just leaving an old set of pins in.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

First what kinda rifle?  Second what are you thinking about using to refinish?  Different types of prep for different types of finish.
