Got my DPMS about 3 weeks ago. One thing I wish I would have gotten now over the standard AP4 that it started out as is the 14.5" barrel with an extended A2 flash supressor. Havent got to shoot it yet, but from the reviews I have read is that it is a good rifle. Was actually looking for either a RRA or ans M&P15. But the price on this was too good. Got mine for 875 out the door. One thing about DPMS that I am not real happy about is they are really slow on shipping. When I placed the order (Weds before thanksgiving), was told it would ship out on the following Friday. Expected it on Tues. Nope... checked back at the fun store all week... still no rifle. Called the following Monday. It will ship Early next week was told that time... Checked back again... Still no rifle. I called again... Was toldit would be as much as 2 weeks before it even shipped. I explained to the rep that I had completed my NICS check at the time I ordered it and that it would expire out in 30 days from that date... If they couldnt ship that day, I was cancelling the order. I had it 2 days later. Then I ordered some misc items (handguard tool, delrin punch, etc) off the website... didnt see anything from that order for at least 2 weeks. I just placed another order with them on Friday. Was told it would ship out Monday of this week...
