I recently discovered that the rail on one of my upper receivers, a flat-top from DPMS, was out of spec and wouldn't properly mount an optic. I contacted DPMS customer service via e-mail, and Shane Cuperus immediately told me to send the entire upper in and they would inspect it and replace the upper receiver as necessary. No questions, no paperwork, just send it in. I did send in the upper, and within a week or so it was returned with a brand-new new upper receiver installed. DPMS Customer Service deserves praise for standing behind their product.

Yes i have to agree BS on Oly bashers,Yes the old ones had flaws,But after going to 3 different gun shops and seeing them 1st hand the ins and outs of them compared to $1000 Bushmaster or Armalites you wont go wrong with one .Why Bushmaster and several others are coming out with alot of canted FSB here lately.Only rifle i have not hear any problems that most can afford is Oly,DPMS,CMMG,RRA(but they are very slow to fill orders)And besides Some of the companies get the forged lowers from the same place Oly and others do
