Disease time line:

Sep 2006: Innocent trip to the range with new Kimber 45acp. Felt fine at the time. No problems eating, sleeping, making it to work. Individual 2 benches over had a "black rifle" out that caught my eye. Did not notice he was sweating profusely, had a wild-eyed look, and alternated between giggles and talking to self. The jerk asked if I wanted to swap for a few rounds. Had fun. Damn near wrecked on the way home wrestling with the bug that attacked my backside. Found this site that evening. The downward spiral begins.

Oct: Bought a book
Oct 12: Picked up DPMS 20". Things hazy ever since.
Oct:  Bought books, grip, ammo, rifle case, reloading components, FF tube, another Dillon 550 to load rifle.
Nov: Cleaning stand, armorers tools, 1000 rds brass, ammo, books, 5 magazines.
Dec: 16" BB upper, 2 mags, LaRue SPR mount.
Shopping for a scope. The nieces may be hurting at Christmas this year.
Am studying the pistol collection with a critical eye.
Will try my hand at assembling a lower next yr to have 2 complete rifles

Thanks for the site. Has been a wealth of info. Now I must go take my medication.
