I have a Colt HBAR Competition National Match post ban and want to install either a RR or DPMS 24" upper for varmit work. Will either of these two uppers bolt to my lower? I was wondering if the Colt take down pins are the same diameter?

It'll work, but you may have to get an offset pin for the front pivot pin.
BTW, if you want to sell that lower, I'll buy it as I was given a Colt upper from a good friend and my OCD requires that all guns go together.
