I was wondering what grain bullet I should be using with a 16" 1/9 twist chrome lined bbl.

Any ~6x grain bullet will be optimal. Some PMC 62gr. for $179/1,000

Try a box of 75 grain loads. Chances are that they will stabilize just fine. But like the previous poster said, 1/9 shines in loads 45 to 70 grains.

the grains that would be most effective in that type of twist would be 55-69 grains, but youd have to experiment with other types to see which best suits ur needs
