How tight was the fit when you guys installed your Vltor?  Did you have to beat it on?  Or did it slide on with ease?  Thanks.

Are you talking about a stock? Are you sure you're using a mil spec extension? You shouldn't have to beat it on at all.

I have a Wilson Combat buffer tube.  I know that it has to be mil-spec and I was told twice from Wilson that it was.  However...not going on so easy at all.  I think they were wrong.

Does Wilson Combat use a Mil-Spec buffer tube?

I believe Wilson sells two different diameter extensions and you got the non-milspec version.  All of my VLTORS slip right on Colt and other milspec tubes.

It may be mil-spec. - - - to them. Bushmaster will tell you there tubes are mil-spec also. That is for materials and finish and such. But not for the dimensions. And in this case its the dimensions that matter.
