| can u do a trigger job on a stock trigger??? and does it make a difference? |
| On stock trigger, i would order the JP Enterprises AR15 reduced power spring kit from Brownell's at approx. cost of $10.00 + approx. $1.40 for light weight shipping. "Will cut your trigger pull in half". To make sure that the lighter hammer spring will fire all military primers you should take a look at the JP Enterprises light weight hammer on the Brownell's web sight. Then take your hammer and cut off the curved tail with a Dremel cut off wheel to make it look like the JP Enterprises light weight hammer. I left mine a little heiver then the light weight hammer. Have done this on 3 ARs, works great and is well worth the time and money. |
Yes if you know what you are doing. I have one lower that the FCG came out great. It's still heavy, but it breaks clean. (real world gun, not a paper puncher) I have one lower that dosent feel good at all. It's still better than stock, but the angles are off just enough that it dosent feel nice. That went on my "target" rifle. Going to swap out for the RRA two stage soon to see how I like it. If it dosent do what I want, then I may go with a whole JP FCG. |
