I was just wondering if anyone had a good source for the black extractor inserts.  I'd prefer to buy from a supporting vendor on the EE if possible.  Had extractor spring issues on my duty carbine now all of my AR's will be getting a few upgrades.

Thanks.

I installed the crane O-ring to get the gun running again.  However the root cause of the failure to eject I was experiencing is a weak extractor spring.  If I'm going to be replacing the spring, I want to install the black insert vs. the blue one that's in there now.

o-ring compliments of ace hardware ....cost - 10 cents

why anyone would want to pay $5 for something that a 10 cent o-ring does is beyond me..it's one of the few times i can actually be a tightwad and justify it
