they are next to impossible to find from another retailer.  I looked for about 6 months and finally gave up.  Every once in a while and actually quite a bit lately I have seen them in the EE.

I ended up going with a White Oak Armarment from ADCO and it is a perfect fit and a perfect color match to my Bushy lower plus it was like $109 shipped and installed.

well i can get a RRA flat top upper for 110 shipped and installed. but when if i do, go to sell the rifle, how will that sell with a RRA upper a bushy lower, even though i will still have the bushy barrel and surefire handguard on it? i was told "if you go to sell the rifle with a RRA upper and bushy lower u will  be lucky to get $200 for it" which sounded like bullshit to me and also, if i keep the bushy barrel and surefire handguard and just convert to the RRA a3 assemebly, all it is, is the upper reciever with forward assist and ejection port cover, will one be able to tell its not a bushmaster a3 upper?

Just get a CMT flattop upper, and you will be fine.  The CMT doesn't have markings on it like the RRA uppers.
